Valavorex Release

Today I've made the first release of a series of Twine games I plan to create to develop the history and setting that I'm creating, Understone. The first one is about the calamity beast Valavorex and the fall of the City of Flowers. The player gets to take control of Thera, the commander of the walls and defense of the city. Thera, along with her friend, Garren, are both Rune Knights, one of the most prestigious positions in all of Understone. Their sole job is to combat and protect the realm from the attacks of the calamity beasts that are trying to overtake the mortals and inhabitants. At this point in time, there have already been countless battles, devastation, and defeat. However, the City of Flowers still manages to survive. With the dawn of the new threat of Valavorex, a powerful shadow dragon with a large army of dragon kin, the Rune Knights will have to give it their all to protect the city and all of Understone.

The battle story takes place in 3 acts where each choice can mean  the difference between success and failure for the City of Flowers. The first act allows you to choose your defenses as well as the way your walls will be defended. The second act is when the battle ramps up. The dragon is attacking the city while his forces try to scale and get past the walls of the city into an undefended city where there is plenty of loot for the taking. The player gets to choose to make tactical decisions that could give the enemy or player an advantage in the third act! Eventually, the invaders will get in, but if the city defends well enough, it might not be for long! The 3rd act is the climax where the play can branch out and choose their own way to fight to protect the city, whether it be to go after the dragon or fight with the defenders. Help protect the City of Flowers and protect the people of Understone!
